The approval mechanics described (request → Super Admin review) match how refunds actually work in this product today, not a generic policy.

1. Free trial

New accounts include a free trial period (shown at signup) with no payment required. You won't be charged anything until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, so there's nothing to refund during the trial itself.

2. Subscription payments
